Beauty for Ashes by Dorothy Love

The second book in the Love's Hickory Ridge series, this book is a great follow-up to the first in the series.  I had previously read and reviewed Beyond All Measure, so I was very excited to review the second in the series.  I love series books because I become quite attached to characters.  Filled with some of the same characters in the first book, it also introduces some new characters for us to come to love.

Carrie and Griff have a beautiful love story that is not problem free.  Griff has to figure out if  he can finally settle down or if he needs to once again be on the move.  Carrie needs to figure out which man she really loves, as well as dealing with the death of her husband. 

I can't wait to read the third book in the series.  I'm hoping that she continues to use the same characters and update us on them and their lives!  If you're looking for a new series, pick up this one!
